JLL announces Donnie Robinson as Regional Manager for Carolinas Property Management

CHICAGO, August 15, 2019 – JLL today announced that Donnie Robinson has joined the firm as the Regional Manager of the Carolinas Property Management division. Building off the recently closed acquisition of HFF, Robinson will work to continue driving the tremendous growth the existing property management teams have achieved over this past year in North and South Carolina.

Robinson joins JLL after spending 16 years at a leading global real estate services firm where he was responsible for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and corporate facilities totaling over 19 million square feet in four markets. Under his leadership, the firm’s Charlotte portfolio tripled.

Robinson also spent time with The Keith Corporation as Director of Management Services and served as Director of Property Management for Beacon Partners of Charlotte where he started the property management division that served a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of industrial and office space.

Robinson is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Frostburg State University and holds a Real Property Administrator designation from the BOMA institute.
