JLL to lease 440,679 square feet in eight WeWork locations.

March 16, 2021

ATLANTA, GA (March 16, 2021) – Today JLL announced it has been selected as the exclusive broker for WeWork, a global leader in flexible space solutions, in eight locations throughout Atlanta.

Ranging from individual suites to private floors to entire buildings, the available spaces in the greater Atlanta area include:

  • Terminus 100 – 23,835 SF
  • 1155 Perimeter Center – 41,896 SF
  • 120 West Trinity Place – 22,000 SF
  • CODA – 25,832 SF
  • 725 Ponce – 23,468 SF
  • Boundary – 28,000 SF
  • Halcyon – 19,307 SF
  • The Interlock – 40,000 SF

In today’s dynamic workplace environment, flexibility is the top priority for many companies looking for workspace. WeWork offers flexible lease terms and move-in-ready space complete with meeting rooms, on-site staff, unique common areas, phone booths, stocked kitchens and business-class office amenities including printers and wireless connection. Additionally, tenants have access to the amenities that are unique to each building, such as fitness centers, bike rooms and on-site parking.

Over the past year, WeWork has invested in updating their entire portfolio of over 700 buildings to adjust for social distancing protocol and enhanced safety features. Because of the efforts, WeWork’s health and safety measures, response plans and space modifications have been independently audited and endorsed by Bureau Veritas, and the company has been awarded a certificate of conformity.

“As more companies consider decentralizing to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ workplace model, WeWork’s superior locations and enterprise offerings make them the ideal solution for both single office users needing to “work near home” and Fortune 500 companies looking for scalable, dedicated and branded space for 400+ employees” said Will Tyler, Vice President, JLL.

“We’re excited for this partnership to bridge JLL’s marketing expertise and tenant broker relationships with WeWork’s larger enterprise offerings” added Alexis Easterling, Associate Broker, JLL. “Companies considering space options are seeing the potential of dedicated enterprise suites as an extension of their current office footprint; it provides flexibility for their employees to touch down at any other WeWork location closer to home – whether that’s in Alpharetta at Halcyon or next to the Beltline at 725 Ponce.”
