JLL and Culmen Real Estate Services secure M/I Homes office expansion

CINCINNATI, July 13, 2021 – JLL is pleased to announce that M/I Homes has renewed its lease and will be expanding the company’s office space at Two Waterstone Place to 19,623 square feet. The property is located at 9349 Waterstone Blvd.

JLL Senior Vice President Todd Pease and Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg led leasing efforts on behalf of Two Waterstone Place. Culmen Real Estate Services operates the building and is the on-site management company on behalf of ownership.

The 76,000-total-square-foot property is located in Mason and within minutes of numerous restaurants, hotel and retail offerings. It also features free, on-site parking, a new fitness center on the first floor and building signage opportunities for tenants along Interstate 71.
