JLL Aids in Coffee Company’s Move to Virginia Port Logistics Park
Partnership of Brokerage and Project and Development Services leads to future growth for Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA (MZB-USA)
HAMPTON ROADS, VA, June 11, 2020 - JLL announces today its client, Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA (MZB-USA), a vertically integrated coffee company who roasts and distributes Chock full o’Nuts®, Kauai Coffee®, Segafredo Zanetti®, and Hills Bros.®, has leased a distribution facility at Virginia Port Logistics Park (formerly Centerpoint) at 1080 Centerpoint Drive in Suffolk, Virginia. MZB-USA and Virginia Port Logistics Park owners, Pennsylvania-based Equus Capital Partners, are working toward the build-out of a 350,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center. MZB-USA is expected to fully migrate its operations to the new facility in July 2021.

MZB-USA has been a part of the Hampton Roads community for years, growing exponentially since relocating its business to Suffolk, VA in 1987. The new distribution center located within Virginia Port Logistics Park, the largest master-planned industrial development in the Norfolk region, will be close to the company’s headquarters and main roasting facility and provides expansion options for the company’s future growth.
