JLL Adds Five Urban Industrial Brokerage Experts in Chicago
New talent will strengthen firm’s service delivery in urban industrial
CHICAGO, June 19, 2019 – JLL announced today that it is strengthening its Chicago industrial practice with the addition of Mark Nelson, SIOR, Michael Nelson, SIOR, Gavin Stainthorpe, Michael Conway and Brian Etten. The team of brokerage professionals joins JLL from NelsonHill, a Chicago-based commercial real estate services firm focused on urban industrial sales and acquisitions, leasing and property management.

Mark and Mike Nelson will join JLL as Senior Vice Presidents while Stainthorpe, Conway and Etten join as Vice Presidents.

Randolph, which was repositioned and sold to New York-based City Winery, they are working on the sale of 1234 W. Randolph to The Standard Hotel. The team has also helped turnaround historic buildings in the South Loop with over 400,000 square feet of adaptive reuse sales in the historic Motor Row District.
