JLL adds Andy Hueser to Silicon Valley tenant representation team

SILICON VALLEY – Apr. 27, 2021 - JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has announced the hire of Andy Hueser as executive managing director based in Silicon Valley, where he’ll utilize his vast corporate real estate experience to further bolster tenant representation for the company. In his new role, Hueser will be responsible for leading multi-market transaction teams, headquarters projects, corporate owned asset disposition transactions, portfolio and headquarters optimization strategic planning projects and financial advisory services for corporate clients.

Hueser joins JLL with over 20 years of industry experience, having assisted numerous early stage, growth and mature companies align leased and owned real estate portfolios with company operational, financial and workforce objectives. He’s served in several leadership roles in tenant representation brokerage, strategic portfolio planning and global corporate services, and has completed transactions in all major U.S. and international markets, with a total value exceeding $4 billion. Hueser has also led significant portfolio, headquarters and M&A strategic planning projects exceeding 50 million total square feet.

Some of Hueser’s notable past and current clients include Splunk, Roku, Palo Alto Networks and NetApp. He has also been recognized by multiple real estate organizations and publications for his achievements, including three-time “Deal of the Year” winner and seven-time finalist in the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal. Hueser holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from non-profit corporate real estate association CoreNet Global.

Hueser earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Graduate Real Estate Program Certificate from the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College.
