Investor Sells San Diego Area Industrial Building in North County
JLL completes sale of industrial building in Vista, California for $199 per square foot
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, January 2, 2020 – JLL announced that it has completed the sale of a free-standing, 22,356-square-foot industrial building located at 1330 Park Center Drive in Vista, California. Sunny Harvest LLC paid $4.5 million ($199 per square foot) for the building.
JLL’s North County San Diego team of Chris Baumgart and Steven Field represented the seller, Park Center Holdings, LLC.
“We continue to see steady demand from both private investors and owner-users looking for quality industrial buildings in North County,” said Baumgart.
The building was partially occupied by Thirty-Three Threads, an affiliate of the seller, at the time of sale. They plan to lease back their space.
Field went on to say “This was a perfect building for an investor who was looking for a multi-tenant industrial property in North County San Diego. The buyer was attractive to the building’s high-end corporate image, warehouse storage, loading, and the location.
1330 Park Center Drive is ideally located just minutes from the State Route 78 and Interstate 5 freeways, providing convenient access to neighboring communities. It features 24-foot clear height, dock and grade loading and solar panels.
