BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA, Feb 5, 2019 – JLL’s Bay Area Capital Markets team has begun marketing 2600@Tenth, one of the largest institutional quality office properties in Berkeley, CA. Michel Seifer, Rob Hielscher, Erik Hanson and Kristina Wollan are handling the sale process on behalf of the owner, Wareham Development.
