JLL Denver Capital Markets office hires office investment specialist
Hilary Barnett will focus on institutional office investment sales advisory in the Rocky Mountain region
DENVER, Nov. 10, 2021 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that It has hired Senior Director Hilary Barnett to focus on office investment sales advisory transactions in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region.
Based out of the Denver office, Barnett brings with her more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. She comes to JLL from another leading commercial real estate firm where she was one of the market’s top office leasing brokers. She has worked with owners on redeveloping and repositioning their office assets and provided strategic consulting and deal execution.

Barnett joins a JLL Capital Markets team focused on institutional office investment sales and led by Senior Managing Director Mark Katz and Senior Director Peter Merrion.

Barnett is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, finance and real estate.
