Healthcare provider relocates headquarters to Southwest Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, January 10, 2019 – JLL announced today a office lease for healthcare service provider Caregiver, Inc.’s new headquarters. The organization has signed a new 22,511-square-foot office lease at 4800 Overton Plaza in Southwest Fort Worth.

JLL Managing Director Pat McDowell and Vice President David Berzina successfully negotiated the office lease on behalf of the tenant. Transwestern’s Kirk Kelly represented the landlord.

According to JLL Research, through Q4 2018, office product availability within the West/Southwest Fort Worth submarket was at a premium, boasting the lowest office vacancy in the market with 6.8%, over 5% lower than any Fort Worth submarket.
