Greyhound to sell full city block in Denver with exceptional zoning and location

DENVER, April 24, 2019 – JLL announced today that 1055 19th St., known as the Greyhound Redevelopment Site, has officially hit the market. The full city block is approximately 2.45 acres with downtown core district zoning, allowing development up to 400 feet. Its Arapahoe Square location on the border of Denver’s red hot LoDo and Ballpark neighborhoods along with its zoning makes it ideal for office, multifamily, hotel or mixed-use development.

The block is coming to market as Greyhound Lines, Inc., the largest provider of intercity bus transportation, is narrowing its relocation options. According to Rey Nunez, Senior Director or Real Estate, “It is Greyhound’s intent to improve the customer experience for its passengers by relocating its bus terminal to a well located and modern intermodal transportation facility.”

Greyhound Lines will continue to operate passenger bus service from its current location until a successful relocation is finalized, which is expected near the end 2020.
