GRB Law relocates offices to 525 William Penn Place

PITTSBURGH, April 12, 2021 — Pittsburgh-based law firm, GRB Law, has signed a lease for 17,160 SF at 525 William Penn Place, relocating from its longstanding address as an original tenant at the Frick Building. The firm plans to move in the fourth quarter of 2021 to the 31^st floor of the building.

An original tenant of the Frick Building dating back to 1902, GRB’s move reinforces the ongoing trend of companies continuing to choose downtown for their office location in an effort to keep employees engaged and connected. In addition to improved views and space efficiencies, the amenities at 525 William Penn Place were of keen importance to GRB, including its newly installed lobby, fitness center, and tenant-exclusive lounge area—all vital areas that GRB was in search of to enhance the in-office experience for its team.

GRB Law currently employs 71, most of whom will move into the firm’s new space in the high-rise tower. GRB also has offices in Franklin Park and Philadelphia.
