Global manufacturer of bottle-less water dispensers to open first North Texas operation
JLL secures new 111,012-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Waterlogic
DALLAS, December 9, 2019 – A global leader in purified bottle-less water dispensers will soon open their first light manufacturing and distribution center in North Texas, JLL announced today. JLL successfully negotiated a 111,012-square-foot industrial lease at Prologis Freeport Corporate Center, located at 9250 North Royal Lane, on behalf of the water dispenser manufacturer.
JLL’s Caleb McCoy and Matt Bracco represented Waterlogic in the lease negotiation. Prologis’s Michael Flowers represented the landlord.
“In evaluating a comprehensive strategy, North Texas’ pro-business environment, access to quality labor, and central location solidified our decision to enter the market,” said Casey Taylor, CEO, Waterlogic. “This will give Waterlogic a competitive advantage to further stake our claim as a top tier provider of water purification dispensers and sustainability.”
Waterlogic will open their new Dallas logistics center by early next year.
