Fort Worth Allergy & Asthma Associates moves to upgraded office facility
Growing client base and increased amenities drive relocation
FORT WORTH, December 10, 2018 – After more than 40 years at their previous location, Fort Worth Allergy & Asthma Associates has relocated to a new upgraded facility, JLL announced today. The commercial real estate firm successfully negotiated a new 4,260-square-foot office lease for the practice at 4200 S. Hulen Street in southwest Fort Worth.
The new location will offer easy access and a new modern space for patients and employees. Additionally, Fort Worth Allergy & Asthma Associates’ new facility is across the street from Fort Worth ISD’s highly-anticipated new elementary school that is planned to relieve overcrowding at Tanglewood Elementary School, which will be an added convenience for parents of those pediatric patients.

JLL Vice President Matt Montague and Associate Blake Rogers represented the Fort Worth Allergy & Asthma Associates in the lease negotiations. Transwestern’s Whit Kelly represented the landlord.

Office space within the submarket is seeing significant interest. Through Q3 2018, the West/Southwest Fort Worth submarket is recording the lowest total vacancy in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, 7.6%, according to JLL Research.
