First Kaiut Yoga school in Texas to open this summer in Dallas

DALLAS, May 17, 2019 – JLL announced today the successful lease negotiation for Kaiut Yoga Dallas, the first Kaiut Yoga school in Texas. The school will be located at 4623 W Lovers Lane in Dallas.

Kaiut Yoga is a method of yoga developed in Curitiba, Brazil, nearly 30 years ago by Francisco Kaiut.

Christina Siepiela, a nearly two-decade student and certified Kaiut Yoga teacher, is the co-founder of Kaiut Yoga Dallas. She will serve as the school’s main teacher.

“I was born in Curitiba, Brazil and moved to Dallas in 2004,” said Siepiela. “My teacher Francisco Kaiut and I started to plan this almost three years ago and this cottage on Lovers was my ideal spot for the sister school.”

JLL’s Andrew Samples represented the tenant and JLL’s Michael Meaden represented the landlord, John Cain Sargent, in the negotiation of the 1,754-square-foot retail lease.

NP Arquitetura’s Jocymara Nicolau, an architect from Curitiba and a fellow Kaiut Yoga, created the design for the Dallas school. The design is expected to emulate the original Kaiut Yoga School in Curitiba. Christina’s husband, Mark Siepiela of S&H Design and Development, will lead the development.

Kaiut Yoga Dallas is expected to open this summer.
