$2.8M financing secured for flex/R&D building in Centennial, Colorado

DENVER, Mar. 29, 2022 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $2.8 million in financing for 7070 South Tucson Way, a single-story, flex/R&D building totaling 22,300 in Centennial, Colorado.

JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Flywheel Capital, to secure acquisition financing from a regional bank.

Renovated in 2018, 7070 South Tucson Way contains approximately 18,000 square feet of office build out and 4,300 square feet of warehouse space. The property has one drive-in door and one dock-high door to service the warehouse portion of the facility. The entire facility is leased to Renew, LLC.

The property is positioned on 1.67 acres within Colorado’s Centennial Airport Center submarket, which offers convenient access to a robust retail amenity base and nearby executive housing. In addition, 7070 South Tucson Way is just two miles from the Centennial Airport and is close to Interstate 25 providing access to Denver International Airport, Downtown Denver and Denver Technology Center.
