Developer Breaks Ground on First New Speculative Industrial Building in Rancho Bernardo Area of San Diego in 10 Years

JLL San Diego team oversees leasing of a 141,027-square-foot speculative building at RB Vista in Rancho Bernardo

SAN DIEGO, CALIF., May 2, 2019 – A developer announced today that it has broken ground on RB Vista, a 141,027-square-foot industrial building located on 10.12 acres on Via Del Campo in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego California. The building can accommodate a variety of requirements ranging from 70,000 to 141,027 square feet. It is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2020.

This new speculative building is ideally located just off of the I-15 Freeway, providing convenient access to neighboring San Diego and Southern California communities via three freeway interchanges. It features 32-foot minimum warehouse clear height, 36 dock-high loading doors, manufacturing power, 135-foot truck court, ESFR Sprinklers, a highly secure site and a 1.74:1000 parking ratio.
