JLL secures sale of apartment community in east Dallas

DALLAS, May 7, 2019 – JLL Capital Markets experts announced the successful sale of Bristol Square today. The 341-unit, 12 building apartment community, located at 1720 John West Road, was acquired by Dallas-based WindMass Capital.

JLL’s Zar Haro, Moses Siller, Jorg Mast and David Fersing represented the seller, McGuire Family Properties, in the transaction. Haro and Siller lead the effort.

“The region’s strong economic fundamentals are increasing investor interests for multifamily product with potential upside through implementing a value add strategy,” said Haro. “Strategic investments to Bristol Square are sure to deliver great long-term returns for the new owner given the market’s continued projected growth.”
