JLL negotiates new office lease for WeWork at Westview
AUSTIN, October 25, 2018 – JLL announced the successful negotiation of a new three-floor office lease for WeWork. The coworking company’s new location will be at Westview, located at 316 West 12th Street in Austin.
JLL’s Office Agency Leasing Team of Kevin Kimbrough, Rachel Coulter and Travis Rogers represented the landlord, Prescott Group, and Austin Trees, Jake Ragusa and Will Douglas of JLL represented WeWork.

Westview provides a rare office opportunity in downtown Austin. Named for its close proximity to the Texas State Capitol building, Westview encompasses approximately 100,000 square feet of newly renovated, Class A office space that pairs cutting-edge amenities with vintage aesthetics. Capital improvements to the property were completed in June.
Other office tenants on the property include CTA Architects and The Texas Association of Business. There is currently 25,745 square feet of office space immediately available for lease, including a 5,714-square-foot spec suite on the first level.
