JLL arranges the sale of BSN Medical Distribution Facility in Conover, North Carolina
CAROLINAS, May 14, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged the sale of BSN Medical Distribution Facility, a 149,987 square foot, mission-critical use facility in Conover, North Carolina.
JLL represented the seller, Founders Properties, LLC, and procured the buyer, Diamond Properties.
The property is located at 1011 Keisler Road in Conover, NC and is fully leased to BSN Medical, Inc, an Essity Company with 5.4 years of lease term remaining. BSN Medical Distribution Facility was renovated in 2009 and features rear- and side-load configurations, 27 dock-high doors, and 82 parking spaces spanning 17.22 acres providing potential expansion capacity.
BSN Medical Distribution Facility benefits from its proximity to I-40, providing national and regional connectivity to various cities including Asheville, Greensboro-Winston-Salem, Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte. It also boasts direct access to all major regional thoroughfares, including I-77, I-26 as well as I-85, the logistics super corridor of the Southeast.
