Brandywine Realty Trust selects JLL as strategic advisor for mixed-use life style center in Northwest Austin
JLL retained to lead retail leasing, as well as marketing and sale of 1.77-acre hospitality site at Broadmoor
AUSTIN, October 01, 2019 – JLL announced today that the Philadelphia-based Brandywine Realty Trust has selected the global real estate services firm as the exclusive retail leasing advisor for Broadmoor, a 66-acre, mixed-use transit oriented development in Northwest Austin. The firm also announced they were retained to manage the marketing and sales efforts for the 1.77-acre hospitality site located within the project.
JLL Senior Vice Presidents Barry Haydon and Jon Switzer are leading retail marketing and leasing efforts for the project. Senior Vice President Joe Dowdle is leading the sales and marketing effort for the hospitality site.

Broadmoor’s hospitality site borders The Domain, north Austin’s employment and entertainment core, consisting of numerous world-class amenities, high-end retail and Class A apartments. The development also neighbors the regional cooperate offices of many industry leading tech companies, creating a dynamic hub of innovation and deep pool of prospective guests.
Located at the intersection of Palm Way and Burnet Road, and within the population center of the greater Austin area, Broadmoor is accessible by three major highway systems: MoPac/Loop 1, Highway 183 and Loop 360.
