JLL’s Alexis Lowell to lead Project and Development Services for Arizona, Nevada
Brings over a decade of experience to highly active construction and tenant improvement markets
PHOENIX, Oct. 26, 2023 – JLL announced today the appointment of Alexis Lowell as Project and Development Services (PDS) market lead for Arizona and Nevada. With more than a decade of experience, she now serves some of the nation’s most active markets for new construction and tenant relocations and expansions.
In her new role, Lowell will oversee a team of JLL experts delivering workplace strategy, project management, design and construction management, move management and related services for clients across the commercial real estate spectrum.
“Alexis is a human-centered collaborator and innovator who is highly respected among her JLL colleagues and across the industry, making her an unmatched candidate for this role,” said Julie Hyson, Managing Director and West Division Lead for JLL Project and Development Services. “As she takes on this important leadership opportunity for the very active Arizona and Nevada markets, we’re confident in her ability to inspire our people, thrill our clients and grow our business.”
While expanding opportunities in the Arizona and Nevada markets – which are experiencing some of the region’s highest construction spend and employment growth – Lowell will also continue in her leadership role as the West Region’s Workplace Practice Lead. Through this work, Lowell has redefined workplace strategies and leveraged culture to unlock the full potential of spaces.
Throughout her career, Lowell has served as designer, design manager and design director for projects in the office, industrial, retail, healthcare and multifamily sectors.
“I am thrilled to step into this role and to be working alongside so many talented JLL team members,” said Lowell. “I look forward to working creatively and collaboratively with our clients and industry partners, focused on delivering truly dynamic environments that create meaningful impact for people and our community.”
