To stay competitive in the DC hospitality market, The Darcy, owned by KHP Capital Partners, sought the partner to rebrand and revamp the overall look and feel of the hotel. We understood their vision, and took the responsibility to oversee and manage the entire project delivery. This included the design and all construction activities for 226 guestrooms, public space areas, an auxiliary restaurant, and back-of-house facilities, to name a few.

We were also responsible for opening avenues for additional revenue by adding six new guestrooms, a new coffee shop, mechanical upgrades, and exterior façade facelift.

The project resulted in delivering a comfortable and sophisticated ambiance with amenities including luxurious bedding, original artwork, a 50-inch HDTV, Bluetooth sound system, large workspace, and a walk-in shower.
