Delivering a state-of-the-art corporate campus

Toyota wanted to establish a new North American headquarters in Plano, which would consolidate its manufacturing, sales and marketing, and corporate operations into a single, state-of-the-art campus in Texas.

We led the project team and Toyota’s internal procedures to provide timely information without negating the company’s consensus driven culture. As an extension of Toyota’s Real Estate & Facilities team, we coordinated vendor specific requirements for the food service, fitness, credit union, pharmacy and health clinic spaces, as well as vendor FF&E durations to accurately communicate operational timelines. Achieving ambitions all around, the new space opened within the company’s aggresive timeline and budget.
