Paul has extensive international leadership experience in account management, sales and business development, service execution and strategy.

Paul has extensive international leadership experience in account management, sales and business development, service execution and strategy. He joined JLL in 2016 as the Business Line Leader for Central US and Canada. 

Prior to JLL, Paul served in a number of service, business development and executive leadership roles during his 17 years with Johnson Controls and CBRE. Most recently, he was Global President of CBRE’s Enterprise Facility Management business. There, he managed a global business, bringing consistent success through his group’s development, sale and delivery of innovative service solutions to client organizations across industry sectors, such as: oil and gas, financial services, healthcare and industrial. 

Paul also played a significant leadership role in the merger of CBRE with JCI’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in 2015. This included the establishment of the global supply chain organization, operational delivery and strategy for the service line deployment of the combined organizations.

Before the JCI/CBRE merger, Paul served as Americas CEO of Johnson Controls, where he led more than 5,000 employees and had management oversight of strategy, marketing, business development, client relationship management, people development, and P&L. Prior to these roles, Paul led various functions for JCI’s GWS business, including: industry sectors, business development, accounts and consulting. 

Paul began his career as a graduate trainee with Thames Water in Reading, UK. 

Education and Affiliations
Paul holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Manchester (UK), and a Degree in Chemistry from the University of Salford (UK).

A native of the UK, Paul lives in Wisconsin with his wife and son.
