Benefits are about so much more than healthcare.

We’re concerned with the total wellbeing of our people, and offer comprehensive investments to support their whole selves. We call it Total Rewards, and it covers five key areas.

We encourage and enable our people to do their best work every day. All JLL employees have on-demand access to personalized learning resources that support their professional, leadership and personal development.

At JLL, we believe in paying for performance. That means we reward our people for their individual performance and JLL’s success throughout the year. We offer competitive salaries—with benefits for eligible employees, 401(k) with a company match, an employee stock purchase plan, transportation reimbursement accounts, education assistance programs and more.

Our people’s dedication to excellence and teamwork continues to build our lasting success. We know that with every individual’s personal improvements, we get better as a whole. That’s why we reward employees’ successes and standout achievements with meaningful recognition programs—both from their peers and from company leadership.

Well-being isn't only about physical health. We offer many programs and forms of assistance to help our people achieve their personal wellness goals. These include friendly competitions, financial rewards, seminars and workshops, counselling, on-site massages, yoga passes and more.

We work hard to develop comprehensive and customizable benefit programs that support our people and their families in and outside of the workplace. In addition to competitive medical, dental, vision and supplemental plans, we offer family benefits like comprehensive parental leave, adoption and surrogacy assistance programs, leave of absences in cases of need and backup care.

When your benefits really matter

A great place to work, in action

Our culture is rooted in supporting our people. See some of their stories about how JLL helps them succeed both in and out of the office.

Family first

Chris Heald and his partner had a lifelong desire to have children. After years of evaluating options to start a family, they chose a company that coordinated surrogacy in Thailand. In 2014 they went to Thailand for the birth of their children. Everything went as planned … until a military coup happened and the new government suddenly stopped allowing families who had children via surrogacy to leave the country.
