Absorption and construction increase, vacancy decreases as market remains strong

The Louisville industrial market is on pace for a record setting year, as leasing activity resulted in a second consecutive quarter with over 2.2 million s.f of net absorption. This has also continued to drive development as more than 8.9 million s.f. is currently under construction. Looking ahead, occupiers are expected to continue to invest and expand.
