This share is larger in graduate and doctoral programs, where students from other disciplines are also obtaining data science and programming skills.
- Nearly half of the top 25 hard skills companies need most in 2019 are related to data science and programming, according to a study by Linkedin.
- This trend contributes to the continued increase in labor costs across the board as workers are investing more time and money to enhance their skillset.
