Dallas uptown submarket is born
  • Uptown continues to mature as a primary business hub due to its close-in location, high quality office space at premium rents, and its walkable environment – as well as its significant housing development.
  • In 2012, Klyde Warren Park connected Uptown seamlessly to the CBD for the first time. Since its opening, 2.7 million square feet of office space and almost 11,000 multifamily units have been delivered in Uptown alone, making it one of the most desirable live, work, shop and play destinations in Dallas.
