Chicago Suburbs: Veridian development is for the whole family
February 07, 2019
- The Element at Veridian (a 260 unit apartment and townhome complex) and Top Golf will no longer be the only approved projects on the former Motorola campus. This year, on January 23, Schaumburg approved an 110-unit senior living facility with 78-units for assisted living and 32-units for memory care to become the next pieces in the mixed-use campus development.
- The creation of this urban oasis provides an excellent environment to keep the residents engaged. The Veridian development recently completed a main roadway aptly named “Progress Parkway” to connect the various pockets of the former campus out to the main roadway. With this connection, more pieces of the development will fall into place and some already have with demolition underway for the TopGolf venue; the project is making strides.
