- In discussion for years and debut of its revised plan, One Winnetka was given final approval in late 2018. David Trandel’s Stonestreet Partners will be developing the site with hopes of completion in late 2020.
- Developers new plans for the development site include 115 residential parking spaces– in addition to an underground parking for residences and to accommodate commuters since the Metra stop is only steps away.
- One Winnetka would bring modern, new housing to already flourishing downtown area thanks to it’s new walk. Opened in August 2018, the Winnetka Walk creates a family-friendly atmosphere with an arcade, toy shop, and ice cream parlor adding atmosphere and liveliness to the already packed downtown area and just down the street from the approved development site.
