- There have been substantial increases in rent rates from Q1 2010 to Q1 2019, with CBD rents increasing from $24.90 in 2013 to $35.95 in 2019, or 44.38%.
- New development has surged in Atlanta helping to spur rent growth mainly in the CBD markets, although there has been significant mixed-use project development in the suburban markets
- The convenience that urban markets offer in the form of talent and transit options also helps push rates upwards
