- Large move-outs from tenants such as General Electric, Oldcastle Infrastructure, FEMA, State Farm, and Georgia State University accounted for over 350,000 square feet of negative absorption.
- These move-outs were heavily centered in the Northwest and Central Perimeter submarkets, though are not indicative of those submarkets’ overall health.
