Large leasing activity is prevalent in San Francisco, with four transactions greater than 100,000 square feet signed this quarter. PwC took approximately 200,000 square feet at 405 Howard, Unity Technologies leased the entirety of 657 and 667 Mission at 151,823 square feet, a technology company took 143,000 square feet, and renewed and expanded for 128,570 square feet at 153 Townsend.
