With the exception of large blocks of Class A warehouse/distribution space in the outlying New Braunfels and Tri-County submarkets, Class A space continues to be in high demand. Since the start of 2018, Class A buildings have experienced 215,386 square feet of net absorption while Class B buildings have only experienced 12,107 square feet of net absorption over the same period.
