Napa Solano office insight - Q2 2018

Several deals are pending in South Napa’s Class B market, including an 8,500- square-foot lease at 222 Gateway Road and 2,500 square feet at 870 Napa Valley Corporate Way. Class A space in South Napa is extremely tight, allowing for limited movement within the market. In turn, rents are increasing with no signs of slowing down. Larger blocks of quality space in the 5,000 to 7,000-square-foot range are dwindling as space in that size range is limited in Downtown Napa.
