Milwaukee industrial insight - Q1 2019

The 2019 Milwaukee industrial market started on a positive note, with over 100,000 square feet in positive absorption. This positive start is a great course for 2019, compared to Q1 2018’s start of -88,695 square feet. For the past couple quarters, Milwaukee has seen warehouse and distribution facilities  driving activity, and that seems to be the case this quarter as well.
