Tenant demand remained solid this quarter with nearly 1.2 million square feet of leases signed, with a majority of those leases being signed in the Desoto County submarket. Development remains healthy with over 3.1 million square feet delivered this quarter, and another 3.1 million is currently under construction slated to deliver by the end of 2018. Eighty-one percent of the under-construction product is either build-to-suit or speculative with 100 percent preleasing, so the remaining deliveries will not have a substantial impact on vacancy for the market.
