Industrial vacancy declined to 4.4 percent over the first quarter as the local economy continues to expand. With a vacancy rate of only 2.3 percent, the Class A warehouse segment is particularly constrained. Vacancy and availability are higher for Class B product, but better Class B space is hard to find as well.
