Denver industrial insight - Q2 2018

The I-70 East submarket saw the bulk of leasing activity, thanks to Pinnacle Architectural Lighting leasing 176,902 square feet at 3801 North Havana St. The Southeast submarket saw above-average leasing activity with 10.0 percent of the overall square footage signed. Looking at sales, HUB 25 industrial park sold for $74.0 million ($176 per square foot) to JP Morgan, while the Denver Urban Business Center sold for $33.3 million ($100.81 per square foot) to Forum Real Estate Group, tallying over $100 million in sales in only two deals.
