November’s bump in job creation a welcome sign after months of slowdown

November registered 266,000 net new jobs, the highest figure since January. This was a welcome change from multiple months below the 200,000 mark and underlines the resilience of the market even in the face of labor scarcity (particularly for skilled workers) as well as political and trade uncertainty.
