We surveyed over 1,500 adult consumers to find out what really matters to the American shopper and to discover which trends will have the biggest impact on the future of retail. What did they tell us was most important to them? It wasn’t magic mirrors or robot sales clerks. More than anything, they want skilled customer service, personalization, and convenience.
