Silicon Valley industrial insight - Q3 2018

The Valley’s industrial market is running full steam ahead, driven by expanding tech companies and its automotive R&D sector. Auto-parts distributor LKQ landed a 155,000-square-foot warehouse lease in South San Jose on Hellyer while 313,000 square feet at phase 1 of McCarthy Creekside is rumored to be close to signing to a technology company.
