The purpose of this research is to provide a detailed overview of the industry on the island and the opportunities with regards to talent, tax incentives, and real estate.

To complete this research JLL partnered with Invest Puerto Rico. Invest Puerto Rico is a non-profit and politically independent investment promotion organization created by law via Act 13 – 2017. Its mission is to promote Puerto Rico as a competitive investment jurisdiction to attract new business and capital investment to the island, and to be a transformational and results-oriented accelerator of economic development.
