Survey says deck the halls, experiences will drive traffic in store

Cash registers are set to jingle this year, as we predict solid growth in holiday sales. Tech-savvy consumers will shop across channels, but the lion’s share will head in store, with some taking advantage of buy online, pick-up in store services (BOPIS).

We examined responses from 1,000 shoppers in the U.S. and found some key differentiators in shopping plans among generational cohorts, income levels, as well as genders.
