Career Summary

As Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle's industrial real estate advisory and brokerage operations, Zach provides expert advisory and brokerage services to industrial property owners, investors, developers and occupiers throughout Southern California and Jones Lang LaSalle's global network. Zach’s specialty spans industrial property acquisition, disposition, valuation and development services and includes expertise in ground-up development, asset repositioning, environmentally impacted properties and non-performing loan acquisitions and foreclosures. Since 2001, he has successfully completed more than 480 transactions, representing in excess of 28 million square feet and $1.3 billion in total consideration.

Zach joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012 via JLL's acquisition of 360 Commercial Partners, a specialized commercial real estate advisory boutique where he served as Director of Industrial Advisory. He began his career in 2000 with CBRE after graduating from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Zach was raised in both Poway and Palm Desert, California and now resides in Orange County. He leads an active lifestyle that includes adventure sports and a passion for aviation.
