Current Responsibilities
Wilson McDowell joined JLL as a Managing Director for the Orlando office in 2018. He has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2005 and is consistently recognized as one of the top industrial real estate brokers in Central Florida. Wilson specializes in representing tenants, buyers, sellers and landlords in the disposition, acquisition, development and leasing of industrial real estate. He has had significant experience in site selection for new locations, consulting on current real estate assets and assisting industrial real estate users and investors with development and investment strategies.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Wilson was the Managing Director and Principal of Cite Partners, a successful brokerage and property management firm that he founded with three partners in 2014. Before starting Cite Partners, Wilson was the Managing Director at Colliers International for over nine years where he was consistently ranked as one of the top ten brokers in the region.
Since 2005, Wilson and the industrial team have been responsible for the sales, leasing and development of almost 29 million square feet with a transaction value of over $1.1 billion.
