Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, William worked at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Industrial and Office assets. William was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing opportunities, fielding offers, due diligence, preparing offering memorandums, and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.
