Current Responsibilities
Bill is a Managing Director in the Boston office and is an account manager for both institutional and corporate clients overseeing and delivering JLL’s integrated business platform. These JLL services include: Strategic Advisory Services, Capital Asset Strategy, Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Project and Development Services, Program Management, Construction and Integrated Facility Management services. Bill serves as a central point of contact for clients when assessing and advising them regarding their real estate needs.
Experience
Bill has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience with wide ranging capabilities in all service lines including Transaction Management, Leasing, Capital Markets, Project Development, Construction, and Lease Administration.
He has been involved in more than six hundred separate real estate transactions in over 87 countries with a value well in excess of $2.0 billion for clients. Bill’s thought leadership and deal-making creativity consistently yield results that exceed his clients’ expectations, and he excels in the creation and use of JLL’s platform to bring value added solutions to clients.
