As Associate Director of the Project and Development Services, Mr. Moreno is in charge of JLL's project management activities in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. He manages and oversees a staff of various project management professionals and is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution and completion of all projects in the Caribbean Region. He has broad knowledge and experience in other related disciplines such as space & occupancy planning, facility management, building regulations, best practice and governmental institutions.
